Mechanical design

Founded in 1863, the Politecnico di Milano is the largest school of architecture, design and engineering in Italy, located in Milan, at the heart of the world-renowned fashion and design industries. The Virtual and Physical Prototyping (VPP) group working on the ROSE project is part of the department of mechanical engineering specializing in integration and the use of virtual reality for prototyping. The rôle of the POLIMI team will be to develop conceptual design solutions and wearable prototypes, help optimize fluidics and electronics and participate in the development of the user interface.
